Amenities at Paragon Point:
ON-SITE MANAGEMENT OFFICE
CB Richard Ellis is the property Management Company that represents the property owner. CB Richard Ellis' office is located at Three Lagoon Drive, Suite 100 at Paragon Point.

CONFERENCE ROOM
A tenant conference room is available for use and is located on the third (3rd) floor of Three Lagoon Drive. Use of the conference room is free of charge. To make reservations call the Property Management Office at (650) 591-3500. The conference table seats eight.

THE PATIO CAFE
The Patio Café is located at One Lagoon Drive, and provides indoor and outdoor seating overlooking the Redwood Shores lagoon. The Patio Café serves breakfast and hot lunches from 7:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., Monday through Friday. Catering services are available by calling (650) 595-0700.

HOTEL SOFITEL
Directly south of Paragon Point, and within a three (3) minute walk along the lagoon, is the 421-room Hotel Sofitel. The Hotel Sofitel features three (3) restaurants and conference facilities.

PAR COURSE
A 2.4-mile par course runs through the Redwood Shores area. The par course fitness circuit places special emphasis on cardiovascular conditioning.
