Paragon Point is a two-building office complex totaling 241,935 rentable square feet. Each building is a duplicate mirror image, consisting of four stories each. The project is situated on more than eleven acres, which allows for an extensive two-acre waterfront park separating the two buildings.

The buildings have a unique design feature in that they are actually built out over the water, and make excellent use of a lagoon setting. Three sides of each building command impressive water views. The buildings' unique architecture incorporates cascading inset balconies in the front and rear of the buildings, and a combination of banded and punched windows on the sides.
